If you have an issue with a device
Do not post it in a public thread. Message us privately via Contacts. This keeps your medical data confidential and allows us to process your request properly.
Tags
Add a product tag to your topic, for example, nejsi-3m, and the question type: question, suggestion, bug, documentation. This makes it easier to find similar discussions.
A few rules
- Write in English or Ukrainian, both languages are used by forum members
